STEP 2: Submit Recovery Form
Fill out the recovery form information below and click the submit button.
STEP 3: Ship Drive
After your Recovery Form is submitted you will receive an instant email confirmation with a copy of your form. You will also receive a prepaid FedEx 2-Day shipping label within a few minutes if you opted for it.
Enclose hard drives in an anti-static electrostatic discharge (ESD) bag, if one is not available aluminum foil can be used as a substitute. Use thick foam rubber or bubble wrap to secure your media on all sides during shipment. DO NOT use cloth, paper, or newspaper or envelopes when shipping. DO use a corrugated cardboard box for the exterior packaging.
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your box and include a copy of your Recovery Form or a note with your contact information inside the box.

The Recovery Process
Once we receive your media, we create a case ticket and send you an email with the login information for our Drive Tracker. If you sent in your media for an evaluation we will diagnose your device and contact you with a recovery price within 24 hours. If you sent in your media for recovery, we will get started on the necessary repairs immediately. After the repairs are made we will make an image of the device and recover the data. Once the data is recovered, we transfer it to the destination media (a hard drive or flash drive). After the data transfer is complete, we will ship your original device and new media back to you.
We hold on to a copy of your data for 10 business days in case anything is lost in transit or any error occurs. After 10 business days, the data is securely wiped. The recovery process in total usually takes 4-5 business days.
